Pashinyan considers 2020 state budget draft revolutionary

The PM delivered remarks in the Parliament during the debate of the budget draft, noting: “Firstly, is the 2020 budget draft revolutionary? During the 2018 revolution when I was not yet the Prime Minister of Armenia, I publicly announced that the budget of Armenia should increase by 30-35% within one-two years, this was one of the promises of the revolution.
