Catalonia Parliament condemns Azerbaijan's attacks on Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Parliament of Catalonia has condemns the attacks by Azerbaijan against the civilian population of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), according to documents shared by the Armenian Embassy in Spain.

The legislature of the autonomous community urged the parties to resume negotiations for reaching a peaceful solution to the conflict, which should be "based on the will of the majority of the citizens of Artsakh."
