PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan’s dissatisfaction with the CSTO is justified, since Armenia became a member of the Organization for one reason – to ensure its security, the head of the parliamentary commission on financial, credit and budgetary issues Gevorg Papoyan said Tuesday, November 28.
“And when Armenia had security problems, the CSTO did not react in any way,” Papoyan said in an interview with the Public Television of Armenia.
“We want to understand: will it be like this from now on? Will membership in the CSTO guarantee territorial integrity, the security of our country’s borders, the security system?”
Papoyan stressed that Armenia’s partners in the CSTO must answer said question.
