All past actions of Azerbaijan indicate the attack on Artsakh was pre-planned, says PM Pashinyan

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has said that Azerbaijan had pre-planned its ongoing military attack on Artsakh.

“Recent aggressive statements of #Azerbaijan'i leadership, large-scale joint mil exercises w/#Turkey, as well as rejection of OSCE PRCiO monitoring requests clearly indicate this aggression was pre-planned and constitutes large-scale provocation against regional peace & security,” he tweeted.
