Speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly Ara Babloyan sent a condolence message to Iranian Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani over the collision and sinking of Iranian Sanchin oil tanker off the eastern coast of China, which claimed the lives of dozens of crew members, the parliament’s press service reported.
