Russia is committed to a constructive dialogue with the new Armenian parliament formed after the December 9 snap elections and the future government, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a briefing on Thursday.
“Our friendly country held early parliamentary elections on 9 December. They have also been observed by Russian experts as part of both the OSCE/ODIHR and CIS observation missions. According to the observers, the elections were conducted in accordance with the law without any serious violations or breaches that could affect the voting outcomes,” she said.
